EMLE Student Adam Cook featured in three episodes of Financial Thoughts

During his third term at SGH in Warsaw, EMLE student Adam Cook from the 2025/2026 intake joined host Dr. Jarosław Bełdowski and EMLE visiting scholar Dr. Ido Baum for three episodes of Financial Thoughts. Together, they discuss why European companies rely more heavily on banks than their American counterparts, whether ESG can reconcile profitability with sustainability, and who should bear the costs of cybersecurity in finance and how investment in it can be encouraged. Dr. Baum is Associate Professor of Law at the College of Management Academic Studies and specialises in securities regulation, corporate governance and financial markets.Watch the three episodes:
